Glass represents about 80% of the surface of a carpentry.
That is why it is necessary to pay greater attention when choosing it. A good choice allows to ensure a pleasant atmosphere inside the home, eliminating noise and reducing energy costs.
MAXIMUM THERMAL INSULATION
The standard version of the windows offered by our company is equipped with a thermal insulation package with the latest thermal insulation. The heat transfer coefficient for a 24 mm thermocouple package with 2 layers can reach up to Ug=1.0 W/m².K.
The value of the heat transfer coefficient can be improved by adding a third layer. You can reach the value of 0.6 W / m2 K. Thus we obtain a better thermal and sound insulation, which will increase the comfort of your room. The thickness can vary between 32, 34 and 42 mm depending on the profile chosen.
HIGH SAFETY
The main purpose of the secured glass is not only to protect the user, but especially to protect the buildings against burglary.
ESG secured glass is, on average, 4 times more resistant than a standard glass for changes in temperature, strong wind and blows. It is characterized by an increased resistance to bending and cracking. If it breaks, it breaks into small cubes with no cutting edges.
The laminated secured glass is composed of 2 simple layers glued together with a PVB film which in case of breakage acts as a reinforcement of which the pieces remain glued, thus preventing accidents. The number or thickness of the laminated glass components may vary, so laminated glass with different characteristics can be obtained to meet different needs, for example 3.3.1, 3.3.2, 4.4.1, 4.4.2.
OPTIMAL SOUNDPROOFING
The characteristics of perfect sound insulation create a calm ambience both in the rural area and in the center of a city.
Depending on the desired performance, sound insulation can be achieved in two ways:
– Using a glass package with layers of different thicknesses.
– Choosing an anti-theft layer in the composition of the glass
THE BEST SOLAR CONTROL
The tendency in modern constructions is to use large areas of glass. However, large glass surfaces need additional protection against radiation from the sun.
This type of glass is obtained with deposition by the pyrolysis process of a layer of silica on a clear glass or colored glass. The effect of solar control depends in principle on the thickness of the glass (4 or 6 mm) and on the color (bronze, gray, green or blue). We offer a wide range of layers with sun protection: Planitherm 4S, Parsol or Stopsol.
